Why am I being asked for my Credit Card information?

At Incredible Features, our preferred method of payment for the licensing of content to our customers, whether corporate or individual is by credit card processed through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to use your credit card. If you do have a PayPal account, you may choose alternate funding methods such as a bank account through PayPal if you prefer.

Accepting payments by credit card allows us to conveniently deliver the image(s) and/or video to you for digital download immediately upon receipt of your payment no matter what hour, day or night, and also reduces the added time and inconvenience for both parties typically associated with invoicing at a later date. This in turn lets Incredible Features focus on delivering the highest quality images and video immediately to our clients at a lower cost, creating more value for our customers.

Once payment has been processed, a link will appear for you to click on that will allow you to download your licensed content along with a delivery memo detailing the licensing usage agreed upon.

What if I can’t pay by credit card or PayPal, need to use a bank wire, check, or would like to set up an account with Incredible Features?

We understand there are special circumstances where payment by credit card is not possible.  Should this situation exist, Incredible Features can accept payments via bank wire/transfer. However, the images will not be available for download until after confirmation of payment from our bank has been received. An additional bank wire fee of $20 will be added to your total. As soon as we have received payment confirmation, you will be sent a delivery memo via email with a link and instructions on how to download your image(s).

File Download Instructions and Information

After clicking on the button to download your file(s) a file will be downloaded to your computer called IncredibleFeatures_images.tar that contains all the images and video you licensed for use in a single compressed file for ease of downloading. Tar files are similar to zip files and can be opened and uncompressed using a number of free file compression utilities for both Mac and PC by simply double-clicking on the file. This will decompress the file and show you a folder containing the image(s) and video you downloaded.

If you have a Mac and have issues opening you’re the .tar file or do not already have a file compression utility, you can download Stuffit Expander for free.

If you have a PC and have issues opening you’re the .tar file or do not already have a file compression utility, you can download Winzip or PKUnzip for free as well.

There are many free as well as paid file compression/decompression programs for both Mac and PC. These are just a few popular programs we’re recommending on the basis that they’re free and easy to use.
